Welcome to Trady, a platform operated by Trady App LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Trady is a simulation and educational tool that automatically analyzes selected financial symbols across categories such as ETFs, Stocks, Forex, and Crypto. It tracks predefined patterns based on publicly observable market behavior and displays simulated trades for educational purposes only.

Trady does not provide investment advice or financial recommendations. All simulated trades shown are paper trades and do not reflect actual investment decisions or guarantees of profit. We do not offer personalized guidance or access to real-money trading accounts.

2. Registration and Subscriptions

• Registration is required to access the app.
• Access to the simulated trade history is available only to active subscribers.
• If you do not have a current plan, you will be prompted to select one.
• Subscription plans are billed as indicated at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. Simulated Bot Activity

The Service includes a global trading simulator powered by an automated system (“the Bot”) that:

• Detects recurring patterns in selected financial instruments.
• Logs hypothetical buy/sell decisions based on those patterns.
• Tracks performance of those trades in a simulated paper environment.

This data is made publicly accessible to all active subscribers in order to showcase the consistency and evolution of the strategy over time.

You understand and agree that these transactions are not real and are meant to demonstrate theoretical outcomes under past or current market conditions. No trading advice is implied or given.

4. Notifications

Subscribers may receive real-time notifications (alerts) when the Bot simulates a new trade.

Notifications include:

• Symbol and category
• Direction (e.g., call/put or long/short)
• Timestamp of simulation

Clicking on a notification leads you to the simulated trade record for further exploration. These alerts are informational and not investment signals.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Trady, including but not limited to:

• Bot-generated analysis
• Charts and visualizations
• Platform layout and data structure

is the intellectual property of Trady App LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside the platform without written consent.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, or reliability of any simulated transaction.
• Past simulated results do not represent actual future performance.
• Market conditions may change and any resemblance to real market behavior is coincidental and simulated.

Trady is not a broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, or financial institution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trady App LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of (or inability to use) the Service
• Any reliance on simulated data, charts, or alerts
• Any interruptions or delays in the Service

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent the nature of the Service to others as real trading or investment advice
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract confidential strategies or code
• Share your subscription access with others

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
